Zuid-Oost : Cooking for mentally disabled people at community center
Prisma is an organisation which organises a meeting place for children, young people and adults with intellectual disabilities in Amsterdam. They believe that it is important that people with intellectual disabilities can also participate in society.
They organize meetings and events so that people can get to know each other.
This time they organise a dinner at Community center and are looking for volunteers who can help them at dinner. Together with other volunteers, you help with preparing and serving. Of course you can join the meal yourself and have a nice chat. Afterwards you help with cleaning up, doing the dishes and make sure the room is ready for use again the next day!
