About the activity
Small acts can make a big difference. By joining this project, you might make someone’s day with a simple gesture of kindness.
During this event, you’ll need your good mood and positive energy to share a few kind words with others. We will first gather at The Social Hub (Nieuw-West), where we will write some cards together. Afterwards, we’ll head into the city to hand out these cards—along with small gifts—and bring a smile to people who help keep the city running or just the average citizen.
Think of tram and bus drivers, street cleaners, and many other people who work hard for Amsterdam. They will surely appreciate hearing that their work is valued.
So put on your walking shoes and let’s head into the city together to spread some kindness! 😊
Do I need to physically be in the Netherlands to be able to join in?
Yes! Only people who are physically present in the Netherlands are able to volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can offer no assistance with obtaining visas to come to the country.
Is this a suitable project for me?
If you have a passion for contributing to the happiness of people yes!
