About the activity
You don’t have to be a pastry chef to bake pancakes and make someone happy! Just bake them with care to make the day of homeless people visiting this Regenboog (Rainbow) location happy!
This project is a returning success on our Serve the City editions. This Regenboog (Rainbow) location is a big living room in the Oud-West neighbourhood where homeless people come for a cup of coffee, a talk or for some activities that distract them from the daily hustle. At this location there is a street cleaning team, bike repair shop and a workshop where candles are made by the homeless, open 365 days a year. By baking pancakes during you could fill up the stomachs and make someone’s day a little better.
Do I need to physically be in the Netherlands to be able to join in?
