About the Kom Buurten action days
Buurtpunt De Kit is the meeting place in Kolenkit, where young and old and people from different backgrounds come together.
Come and socialize at the neighborhood market, meet your neighbors, and discover which organizations are active in the neighborhood, what there is to do, and where you can help or get help.
There will be snacks and drinks, music, and activities for young and old. You can also shop for a new outfit at West Kleedt Aan in their pop-up wardrobe, which has clothing for children and adults. Everything is free and organized by volunteers from the neighborhood!
Do I need to live in the Netherlands to be able to join?
Yes! Only people who live in the Netherlands can volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can’t help people with a visa.
What language skills are needed?
English/Dutch.
