The activity: Weekly walk with the elderly at De Gooyer
De Gooyer is located directly on the Dappermarkt, there is always a lively atmosphere. People easily walk in for a cup of coffee, tea or a chat. Activities regularly take place in De Gooyer, and they often organize outings. They have spaces where activities take place, organised for and by residents and the neighborhood.
Every Wednesday, they host a heartwarming weekly stroll for and with the elderly, spreading joy and companionship. The volunteers’ presence never fails to bring smiles, as they eagerly venture outdoors together. If the weather is not great, there’s always a nice indoor activity planned to keep spirits high among our cherished elders.

No specific language is required to join this project. But would be great if you know some Dutch language!
