A nice home with freshly painted walls can make your house a home and that’s what we are hoping to do for this elderly man that can not do it himself anymore! Your job: helping to paint walls & other practical jobs in the house. In the end we are hoping to paint three rooms but we will see how far we can come on this day! About The Organisation?
HVO-Querido provides help to people in various ways. Part of what they do is visiting and helping people that are living by themselves but need help in certain areas of their lives. These social workers are taking care of people that need help suffering from (mental) disabilities, poverty and physical limitations.
What Is Your Impact?
You will make this house a home again for this elderly man. Some people do not have much social contact and that is why these volunteering activities provide great help to those in need.
Important Information:
Wear a comfortable outfit and clothes that are allowed to get dirty.
