Practical information
Cinekid is the international film and media festival for children. During the festival, children and families can enjoy films and take part in all kinds of interactive, creative and educational activities related to film, media and technology.
Volunteers play an important role in making the festival happen! For this shift, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with the festival set-up and breakdown. You will help put away tables and chairs and dismantle and clear various festival areas, including the Inflatable Cinema.
Come and help us get everything cleared away after a fantastic festival day!
Do I need to physically be in the Netherlands to be able to join in?
Yes! Only people who are physically present in the Netherlands are able to volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can offer no assistance with obtaining visas to come to the country.
Is this a suitable project for me?
If you are a hands-on person who enjoys practical work, this is a great project for you! Please keep in mind that some of the tasks involve physical lifting and carrying, so you should be comfortable with some physical work.
