About the activity
De Mozaïek is a residential care center in Amstelveen for people with acquired brain injury. In the week from Monday the 28th of October until Friday the 1st of November one of their two elevators is under construction. Therefore people need guidance from us to go to the other elevator and be transported through the building.
Can you help them out? There are a few hours on the afternoon where they can really use help. During the coffee break 14:45-15:45 and during dinner 17:15-19:00. During the other hours when it is less busy, you can chill. Read a book, chat with the residents, drink a coffee or do some work on your laptop. Whatever you like.
Do I need to live in the Netherlands to be able to join?
Yes! Only people who live in the Netherlands are able to volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately we can’t help people with a visa.
Is this a suitable project for me?
If you like connecting with people and would like to make a positive impact!
What language skills are needed?
No specific language is required to join this project. But would be great if you know some Dutch language!
