Join us in spreading some warmth and kindness in Amsterdam! We’ll be whipping up some of the city’s most beloved treats – pancakes – and sharing them with our homeless community! Since the weather is nice and getting warmer, we would like to make pancakes outside (in front of the entrance of the homeless shelter) to welcome them with the tasty pancakes!

This Regenboog (Rainbow) location is kind of a big living room in the Oud-West neighbourhood and is visited by homeless people. This drop-in centre is open 365 days a year,  people are always welcome to drop in for a cup of coffee or lunch. At the same time, there’s also work done; they have a street cleaning team, a bike repair shop and a workshop where candles are made. This is a good way for people to keep busy and to get more confidence.

For this project  we are looking for volunteers who are 18 years or older!

We’re not just about getting stuff done, we’re also about having fun and connecting with each other. That’s why we’re starting the day with a kick-off, we are also inviting you to join us for breakfast before and a picnic at the end of the day. Food, friends, and feel-good vibes!

So, if you’re feeling the excitement and want to get in on the action, click the link in the confirmation email to register for breakfast and the picnic. Let’s make this day one to remember!
