About the activity
We are looking for people who want to lend a hand once with a large cleaning and tidying up campaign for a young adult client (21 years old) of youth care organization Timon. Together we make his room clear and livable again, so that a fresh start can be made.
Please note: it is expressly not the intention that volunteers take over structural household support. This one-off action is intended to eliminate the current backlog. Then the client, with the guidance of Timon, gets to work to keep his room in order.
What will you do?
- Together with other volunteers, thoroughly tidy and clean the room
- Applying structure, so that the client can then more easily keep track of what belongs where
Good to know: the client is 21 years old, has a mild intellectual disability, is verbally strong and helps
Do I need to physically be in the Netherlands to be able to join in?
Yes! Only people who are physically present in the Netherlands are able to volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can offer no assistance with obtaining visas to come to the country.
