At Dynamo BIKO, local initiatives are given the space to grow. As part of Kom Buurten, Barbara from Bepranic offers free chair massages for local residents and volunteers.
Treat yourself to a moment of rest and relaxation. During a short chair massage, Barbara helps release tension in your shoulders, neck and back, leaving you feeling refreshed and re-energised.
Each massage is tailored to your needs, offering a welcoming and accessible moment of care, relaxation and renewed energy in the warm atmosphere of Dynamo BIKO.
Do I need to live in the Netherlands to be able to join?
Yes! Only people who live in the Netherlands can volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can’t help people with a visa.
What language skills are needed?
English/Dutch.
