About the activity

On 05th of May, the Queer Love in the Wartime Night (https://thespirit.amsterdam) will take place, filled with warm, stillness and encounter. The spirit of this place offers young people the chance to step out of the ‘performance society’ for a moment and contribute from a motivation other than just winning or scoring.

As a volunteer, you will help with welcoming people at the door, keeping an eye on safety during the concert, setting the tables, serving coffee, tea, or helping with clearing up afterwards – all assistance is needed! Moreover, if you like taking photos and reporting, you can help in writing an article for the event!

At the beginning of your shift, a contact person will welcome you, answering any questions of you and helping you feel comfortable and have a memorable experience!

Do I need to physically be in the Netherlands to be able to join in?

Yes! Only people who are physically present in the Netherlands are able to volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can offer no assistance with obtaining visas to come to the country.

Is this a suitable project for me?

Whether you love music, enjoy helping people, or just want to have a fun and memorable day, this is a perfect opportunity to be part of something special.

What language skills are needed?

No specific language is required.
