About the activity
At Ontmoetingswinkel Amsterdam West, an initiative of the Salvation Army (Leger des Heils), second-hand clothes and items are sold. The proceeds are used for activities and projects in the neighborhood.
Right now, they need some extra hands to switch the summer collection over to the winter collection. The shift runs from 10:00 to 16:00, but even if you’re only available for part of the day, you’re more than welcome.
What will you be doing?
- Sorting through summer clothing and storing it neatly
- Taking winter clothing out of storage and hanging it up
- Tidying up the shop
- Styling the shop window
- Dressing mannequins for the new season
Coffee, a little treat, and a cozy atmosphere are provided. Please do bring your own lunch.
