About the activity
We’re looking for volunteers to help maintain the garden of a lady (62) living in de Pijp. She has a beautiful garden, which she had restored last year with the help of another organization after it had become completely overgrown. To take that final step, she could really use some help with the smaller, recurring maintenance.
The lady knows exactly what she wants, has plenty of garden tools available, and enjoys helping out herself. She does have a mild physical limitation in her left arm, which makes lifting difficult for her.
Do I need to physically be in the Netherlands to be able to join in?
Yes! Only people who are physically present in the Netherlands are able to volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can offer no assistance with obtaining visas to come to the country.
Is this a suitable project for me?
If you enjoy hands-on gardening and want to help put the finishing touches on a garden she’s proud of, then this project is for you!
