About the activity
Do you enjoy good conversations, speak Dutch well and like meeting new people from the neighbourhood? Then this speed date is for you.
SamenSpraak Oost connects Dutch-speaking volunteers with neighbours who want to improve their Dutch. Over coffee and snacks, you’ll meet multilingual neighbours through short conversations. You help them practise Dutch while learning from each other’s stories.
You’ll also meet experienced language volunteers who can share their experiences and answer your questions.
A welcoming afternoon full of conversations, encounters and insight into what it’s like to be a language coach.
Do I need to live in the Netherlands to be able to join?
Yes! Only people who live in the Netherlands can volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can’t help people with a visa.
