About the Kom Buurten action week
From 8 to 15 November, Amsterdam will be all about Kom Buurten, a week full of enjoyable and meaningful volunteer activities across the city. Together with Burennetwerk, Markant and the Volunteer Center Amsterdam, we organize dozens of small and large projects that make it easy for you to join in.
About the activity
Every week, a fun activity is organized at this care facility for seniors. Your help is very welcome. Bring some cheer, serve coffee, go for a walk, and assist with the activity. For this project you need to be able to speak basic Dutch.
Do I need to live in the Netherlands to be able to join?
Yes! Only people who live in the Netherlands can volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can’t help people with a visa.
Is this a suitable project for me?
