About the activity
This project is in collaboration with ‘Taste Before You Waste’, a great organization that tackles food waste in Amsterdam! Every Wednesday they collect food. This food was destined to be thrown away however it is still good to use and eat!
Together with other volunteers you will prepare a meal made from the ingredients collected in the morning. A chef will guide you through the preparation, and make something delicious:) After cooking, you can also join the dinner for free.
Do I need to physically be in the Netherlands to be able to join in?
Yes! Only people who are physically present in the Netherlands are able to volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can offer no assistance with obtaining visas to come to the country.
Is this a suitable project for me?
If you are older then 18 and love baking then this project is for you!
What language skills are needed?
No specific language is required.
