The activity: Helping out at Petting Farm
If you join us at Kinderboerderij de Uylenburg, the oldest children’s farm in Amsterdam, you will cuddle with a pony, goats, sheep, a donkey, pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens and cats. Here is the trap 🙂 ! You will have to get your hands dirty to help them have a nice and cosy home!Â
So roll your sleeves up for some farming chores. Gardening, DIY, greenery maintenance and cleaning the animal houses will be your contribution to this nice environment where kids meet our cute friends.
*Please wear some clothes and shoes that can get dirty.Â
Do I need to live in the Netherlands to be able to join?
Yes! Only people who live in the Netherlands are able to volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately we can’t help people with a visa.
Is this a suitable project for me?
