Sharing Sweetness – Deliver sweets to Amsterdam seniors during the lockdown
The hard lockdown in the Netherlands during this time has an unexpected impact on the daily life of many seniors who are living in the Amsterdam regions. It’s time to cheer them up! To help them get over this difficult time, we invite you to one of our Zoom meetings on January 16th in which you can bake some sweets alongside other participants and our team:
- First online baking session in Dutch: 10:30 am – 12:30 pm.
- Second online baking session in English: 14:30 pm – 16:30 pm.
Two days prior to the project we will send you an email to let you know about different options of recipes in which you can choose your favourite recipe. Of course it’s also fine if you use another recipe, bring them and show us your great baking skills!
We will also send you a list with different locations you can choose from. After baking together during the Zoom meeting you can deliver your baked sweets to one of the locations that’s near to your living place (these locations will be in Diemen, Zuid-Oost, Nieuw-West, Zuid, Pijp, and Centrum). We want to create joy and happiness for them through your special sweets.
