We’re looking for volunteers to help us make a beautiful day for the elderly, it is no problem if you don’t speak Dutch, enthusiasm and a friendly smile goes a long way.
First up, we’ll start the day by preparing for an afternoon high tea. Work alongside other volunteers to make delicious treats, set a beautiful table and enjoy the lunch that will be provided. After all the prep work is done, it’s time to head out for a walk with the residents. Take in the fresh air and chat with your new friends. It’s a great opportunity to learn about their lives and share some laughs along the way.
Finally, it’s time for the highlight of the day: the high tea! It’s the perfect way to cap off a day filled with joy and connection.
