A Playground in Amsterdam Noord is being renewed! Which is great news as children will be able to play more safely in the near future. But… we need help to remove all the playground items and it is a big job. Do you have time for a day or part of the day. Sign up & help out and help children to play!
Children need safe, spacious, adventurous and green playgrounds. Stichting SPIN realizes this in the neighborhoods of Amsterdam Noord. In SPIN’s approach and vision, the child is central and they pay extra attention to children (and their parents) who have less obvious opportunities, such as children with a disability or children who have to grow up in poverty.
The playground is highly dependent on the help of volunteers. A lot of work is being done by volunteers from the neighborhood, but there is a lot of work that still remains.
