Everyone has something to give – Items you no longer use, your musical talent, a home-baked biscuit, or a new home for someone else’s outsized garment.
The Geefmarkt is a party where they treat each other to all the beautiful things we have. At a gift market, people bring items that they no longer need, but that might still make other people happy. For this, they get 5 buttons that they can exchange for stuff that other people have brought in. Or a cake baked by a neighbor, a facial massage, or a story.
On that day, they are looking for people who want to help in the market.
The timeslot for the event is:
Set-up : 11:00 – 13:00
Help at the market: 13:00 – 15:00 (staff stalls, accept items and distribute them among the stalls, help visitors pick out items, make coffee and tea, etc.)
Closing : 15:00 – 16:30
Can’t save all day?
That’s no problem at all! You can choose the time slot when it suits you.
