Hof van Sloten is located in a quiet neighborhood in Nieuw-West opposite the main entrance of the MC Slotervaart. Hof van Sloten is a spacious building surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces. There are residential groups for clients with dementia, residential groups for clients who have had a stroke, cerebral haemorrhage or cerebral infarction, residential groups for clients who need orthopedic rehabilitation after surgery and residential groups for clients who are physically chronically ill and need a lot of help.
On December 12th we will be helping Hof van Sloten with 3 volunteers with decorating their restaurant and community room in Christmas style. After a short introduction we will start hanging up the decorations. It is important that you are not afraid to climb a ladder as we have to hang up most decorations quite high. Because of safety reasons, the minimum age for this project is 16 years. After the project you will be offered a nice lunch!
